This is my reflection on my inquiry project for this term. 4- STEP Reflection. LOOKING BACK ← WHAT WAS THE TASK THAT YOU COMPLETED? My Inquiry project which had facts about NZ birds,bush and an insect of my choice. WHAT WERE THE STEPS IN THE PROCESS? I did all my information at the start so at the end I could just do all the fun drawings. Once I had done my information I started my drawings. After I finished my drawings I glued everything in then started on my references and then this. LOOKING IN ↻ HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE? I feel proud about my work because we had quite little time to do it in but it was really fun. WHAT WERE THE POSITIVES? I learnt a lot of things about all my choices and it was interesting seeing other people's work. WHAT WERE THE NEGATIVES? We didn’t have much time to finish them and it was hard to find a lot of different websites because wikipedia would always come up. WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED? I have learned a whole lot of new facts about my topics and that you need to take time but not waste it. LOOKING FORWARD → WHAT ARE YOUR NEXT STEPS? Use more websites. Actually go to the place and use people around me for facts. WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE DIFFERENTLY? I could have done my topics one by one so I would do my bird drawings and facts and then my other ones. HOW COULD YOU IMPROVE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE? I could have taken more time on the drawings and just added a little more detail and use more websites to help me with more information. LOOKING OUT↺ HOW COULD YOU APPLY WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNED? I could use my information on this project in the future on another project that could be the same or close topic to this one. WHERE WILL YOUR LEARNING BE USEFUL IN THE FUTURE? If i have to write some facts out or get tested on a quiz then I would know some information on the topic. HOW COULD YOU ADAPT WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNED TO FIT OTHER SITUATIONS? Just remember them and if they are useful enough then they could get me a to a higher group or just get some interesting facts that no one has ever heard before. HOW COULD YOU SHARE WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNED TO HELP OTHERS? If they need facts then show them my project or give them some advice on what to do.
