Writing
In class we learnt about proverbs,how to use them and how to recognise them. We had to write them down and see what some of them meant.
A barking dog never bites- People who make big threats don't usually carry on with them.
Easier said than done.- it's easier to say it than to do it
Like father like son.- a son is like his father
Little strokes fell great oaks Limited strength, when persistently applied, can accomplish great feats
Look before you leap be careful and look before you do something
Misery loves company be positive
Where there's smoke there's fire- if you see smoke usually see fire

You can’t teach an old dog tricks- Old people are do not run around
